IEC 61850 is the current international standard used for electrical grid data communication and electrical substation modeling. It is optimised for efficient and reliable transfer of process data and commands within and between Intellegent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and substations. IEC 61850 has been designed for use over a high-speed network. This course has been designed for manufacturers and utilities.
For more information and registration, please refer to the leaflets and the registration form. The course for April 5 & 6, 2017 is fully booked. Please let us know if you would like to participate so that we can add your name to our waiting list or for the session in October 2017.
On request, the Energy Academy can also provide an in-house training course in English, Spanish or Dutch (content, location and duration of the course can be adapted to the client's wishes). Please contact us for more information.
